Below is some information to assist you in your planning for the FVL North America conference, taking place at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach, March 8th to 10th 2017.
DELIVERY OF PACKAGES
Deliveries will be accepted no earlier than 3 days prior to the event date. Please be aware that you, as an exhibitor, are responsible for the handling fees or any other costs incurred in shipping your items.
Please clearly label your items STAND or INSERT.
Boxes marked INSERT will be opened and the items inserted into the delegate bags, but only if they are labelled properly. Please use the links below to print your labels or send to:

Please confirm if you are sending inserts for the delegate bags and if so, what they are. ***Deliveries often get misplaced in hotels and if we are not aware of your delivery coming, it may not be correctly inserted.***
Please supply 350 inserts – the inserts must be a maximum of 4 pages long or a small gift. Each sponsor is entitled to 1 insert.
Please ensure that inserts arrive by 10:00am on Tuesday March 7th – if they do not reach the venue by this deadlines they will not be placed in the delegate bags.
Premier, Global and Gold sponsors will have the opportunity to choose their stand location prior to the conference. The process is managed by Claire Hill and on a first come, first served basis.
Set up date/time: From 2.00pm, Wednesday March 8th
Stand space: 6’ x 9’ (no structured stands/shell scheme permitted)
Equipment provided: Table, 2 chairs, basic power supply
Pack up date/time: 4.00pm – 9.00pm, Friday March 10th
All exhibits must be removed by 9.00pm on Friday March 10th
ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
If you have any specific audio visual requirements you can source these through our AV supplier, or alternatively use your own supplier.

PREMIER, GLOBAL AND GOLD SPONSORS – audience poll question
Premier, Gold and Global sponsors have the opportunity to put a question to the audience during the interactive poll segment. You can either pose a straight ‘Yes / No’ question, or a multiple choice question, with up to 5 answers. In either case we recommend that the text and answers are concise. I should also stress that the content of the question should be pertinent to the audience and/or the day’s topics. I’m afraid marketing-based questions won’t be accepted. The submission deadline is one week prior to the conference – Wednesday March 1st
REGISTERING YOUR STAFF AND VIPs
Please ensure that you register all of your staff and VIPs as soon as possible to ensure they get all the important information we will be sending out about this event. Registering your staff and VIP’s is very easy, you just need to follow the following steps:
