Below is some information to assist you in your planning for the FVL North America Conference, taking place at the Hyatt Newport Beach, 2nd – 4th June 2015
Delivery of packages:
Deliveries will be accepted no earlier than 5 days prior to the event date. Please be aware that you, as an exhibitor, are responsible for the handling fees or any other costs incurred with shipping your items.
Please clearly label your items STAND or INSERT. Boxes marked INSERT will be opened and inserted into the delegate bags, but only if they are labelled properly. Please use the links to print labels below or send to:

– Please confirm if you are sending inserts for the delegate bags and if so, what they are?
***Deliveries often get misplaced in hotels, and if I am not aware to check for your delivery, it may not get inserted into the delegate bags.***
– Please supply 350 inserts – the item must be a maximum of 4 pages long or a small gift. Each sponsor is entitled to 1 insert.
– Please ensure that inserts arrive by 10:00am on Monday 1st June – if they do not reach the venue by this date, they will not be placed in the delegate bags.

Set up date/time: From 14:00, Tuesday 2nd June.
Stand space: 6’ x 9’ No structured stands permitted. Height max 10′
Equipment provided: Table, 2 chairs, basic power supply
Pack up date/time: 16:00 – 21:00, Thursday 4th June
All exhibits must be removed by 21:00 on Thursday 4th June

Registering your staff and VIP’s
Please ensure that you register all of your staff and VIP’s as soon as possible to ensure that they get all the important information that we will be sending for the event. Registering your staff and VIP’s is very easy, you just need to follow the following steps:

Step 2: Enter e-mail address of attendee / VIP
Step 3: Enter your code umsponsorxx (for your staff) and umsponsorxxvip (for your VIP)
Step 4: Complete the registration
