As we approach the 16th Automotive Logistics Global Conference, please take the time to read these details to help you prepare for the event.
Your logo and sponsor profile
Your logo and sponsor profile will be printed as it appears on the sponsor pages of the website. Please do take a few moments to go to the sponsor page and check that you are happy with the logo and the profile. If not, do let me know.
Gold and Global Sponsors – A4 Advert
Premier, gold and global sponsors: You have a full page advert in the conference programme.
Please send me your A4 advert by 5.30pm GMT Monday 24 August. Please Click here to download the artwork specification.
I will be sending out the stand plan one week prior to the conference.
Information on your stand is as follows:
Stand Space: Strictly 2m x 3m area only, each area will be marked on the floor to ensure this size is adhered to. Please note the maximum height for stands is 8ft.
Power: Please let me know as soon as possible any specific power requirements. We will supply electricity points, but it will be up to you to bring your own adaptors.
Equipment Provided: A dressed table, 2 chairs, one plug socket, a waste bin
Set Up Date/Time: from 15.00 to 19.00 on Tuesday 22 September
Pack Up Date/Time: from 16.30 – 19.00 on Thursday 24 September
Collection of deliveries: After the conference, please ensure your stand is packed away by 7pm on Thursday 24 September. Sponsors are responsible for their own shipping labels/postage for all boxes to be shipped out after the event. Please ensure labels are clearly visible and on all items to be collected.

The hotel will not accept deliveries before 18 September, any deliveries sent before this date will be turned away. After the conference your items must be collected no later than Friday 25 September 2015.
Please take the time to read the below information from the Detroit Marriott about deliveries and parcels to ensure that your boxes arrrive and are brought to the event space. Handling charges apply for all items shipped in and out of the hotel. Fee’s are listed according to box weight in this link and sponsors receive 50% off the handling charges listed:
Please use the labels below when sending your inserts and your exhibition stand items. If you do not wish to use these labels please ensure your items are marked either ‘INSERT’ or ‘STAND’
Boxes marked ‘INSERT’ will be opened and inserted in to the delegate bags – but only if they arrive by 12:00 on Monday 21 September. If the box is not labeled ‘insert’ it won’t be opened.
Please ensure that all your customs charges are paid in advance and make sure that they are labelled properly. Automotive Logistics and the hotel are not able to pay charges, and if they are not fully paid, items will not be delivered. Please also track your deliveries to ensure that they arrive at the venue when you are expecting them to. Sponsors receive 50% off the handling charges listed.
Please note that all handling charges need to be paid by yourself (either assigned to a room or paid by credit card) or the boxes will not be released.
