As we approach the 2nd Automotive Logistics Mexico Conference, please take the time to read this information to help you prepare for the event.
Your logo and sponsor profile
Your logo and sponsor profile will be printed as it appears on the sponsor pages of the website. Please do take a few moments to go to the sponsor page and check that you are happy with the logo and the profile. If not, send me updated versions and at the latest by 11th January.
Gold and Global Sponsors – A4 Advert
Premier, gold and global sponsors: You have a full page advert in the conference programme. Please send me your A4 advert by 5.30pm GMT Friday 8th January. Please click here to download the artwork specification.
I will be sending out the stand plan one week prior to the conference. Information on your stand is as follows:
Stand Space: Strictly 2m x 3m (6” x 9”) area only, each area will be marked on the floor to ensure this size is adhered to. Maximum height of stands is 8ft.
Power: Please let me know as soon as possible any specific power requirements. We will supply electricity points, but it will be up to you to bring your own adaptors.
Equipment Provided: A dressed table, 2 chairs, one plug socket, a waste bin
Set Up Date/Time: from 14.00 to 19.00 on Tuesday 26th January
Pack Up Date/Time: from 16.30 to 19.00, Thursday 28th January
Collection of deliveries: There is no storage at the hotel so your items must be collected immediately after the conference.

The hotel will not accept deliveries before Wednesday 20 January, any deliveries sent before this date will be turned away. After the conference your items must be collected immediately.

Boxes marked ‘INSERT’ will be opened and inserted in to the delegate bags – but only if they arrive by 18:00 on Friday 22 January. If the box is not labeled ‘INSERT’ it won’t be opened.
Please ensure that all your customs charges are paid in advance and make sure that they are labelled properly. Ultima Media and the hotel are not able to pay charges, and if they are not fully paid, they will not be delivered. Please also track your deliveries to ensure that they arrive at the venue when you are expecting them to.

We have negotiated a reduced bedroom rate for conference delegates $205 per room per night, excuding tax. This rate is available until Monday 11th of January 2016. After which time rooms will be subject to availability and the hotel’s daily rate.
