Prior to joining Rolls-Royce in 2012, Vadim held a position of regional director of Magna International in St. Petersburg and was responsible for the coordination of Magna’s activities in the North-West region of Russia, including two green-field investment projects in 2010 and one brown-field project that has been in operation since 2009. Previously he was head of business in Russia and CIS for Tenneco Group and before that he was head of export at automotive OEM coatings solutions at BASF and head of business area at BASF Vostok, Russia. Vadim has a Master’s in Law from Universitat Tuebingen, Germany and also holds an MBA to compliment his long standing professional experience in Eastern Europe.

She has 17 years logistics experience and since joining Adampol, company revenues have increased twentyfold.

He also graduated from the Russian Presidential Managers' Training Program in 2004 and currently studies SCM at the University of Applied Science Upper Austria.

Sergey is a director in the corporate finance department of PwC Russia. Sergey has over nine years experience in M&A deals, business valuation, strategy development and financial modelling. Sergey focuses on clients in automotive and sport industries. Sergey leads the automotive group within advisory practices in Russia and is responsible for managing various projects for key automotive clients, maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders and performing regular overviews of the Russian car market which are widely covered in press. Prior to joining PwC, Sergey worked in the M&A department of AFK Sistema and was a head of strategy in one of the largest car dealers in Russia, Auto Spec Centre. Sergey graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

He has over 17 years experience in supply chain management and holds an MBA from the University of Lodz, Poland and an MSc from the University of Kettering, US.

He later gained technical assurance when entrusted with the creation and management of the Kazakh subsidiary of the Belgian architecture and engineering firm VK Group. As CEO of Freight Village, Philippe outlines the overall strategy as well as the internal and external policies. His vision is always “long term” and he pays particular attention to workable and sustainable concepts guaranteeing commercial success, while building a corporate reputation based on excellence.
