Prior to joining Rolls-Royce in 2012, Vadim held a position of regional director of Magna International in St. Petersburg and was responsible for the coordination of Magna’s activities in the North-West region of Russia, including two green-field investment projects in 2010 and one brown-field project that has been in operation since 2009. Previously he was head of business in Russia and CIS for Tenneco Group and before that he was head of export at automotive OEM coatings solutions at BASF and head of business area at BASF Vostok, Russia. Vadim has a Master’s in Law from Universitat Tuebingen, Germany and also holds an MBA to compliment his long standing professional experience in Eastern Europe.

Elena graduated from the Moscow Academy, one of Russia’s top rated universities. She joined Adampol in 1996 as a financial specialist and was promoted to CEO just a year later. Prior to this, she worked at the Export-Import Bank as head of interbank loans. She is also the CEO of Vectura, Polinvest and Transcar. She has 17 years logistics experience and since joining Adampol, company revenues have increased twentyfold.

He also graduated from the Russian Presidential Managers' Training Program in 2004 and currently studies SCM at the University of Applied Science Upper Austria.

Sergey is a director in the corporate finance department of PwC Russia. Sergey has over nine years experience in M&A deals, business valuation, strategy development and financial modelling. Sergey focuses on clients in automotive and sport industries. Sergey leads the automotive group within advisory practices in Russia and is responsible for managing various projects for key automotive clients, maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders and performing regular overviews of the Russian car market which are widely covered in press. Prior to joining PwC, Sergey worked in the M&A department of AFK Sistema and was a head of strategy in one of the largest car dealers in Russia, Auto Spec Centre. Sergey graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Adam started his professional career in FMCG before joining General Motors and the automotive sector. From here he went on to work for ACG before moving on to his current position at Delphi. Adam originally started with sales and marketing and came to logistics via purchasing. He has specialised in logistics services, network design, product distribution, packaging and IT solutions. He has over 17 years experience in supply chain management and holds an MBA from the University of Lodz, Poland and an MSc from the University of Kettering, US.

Philippe moved to Russia in spring 1992. His career followed the evolution of the Russian and CIS markets; from trading and imports, through wholesale and retail distribution, to production. This multidisciplinary experience was valuable for understanding the requirements to establish successful local operations for western companies. He excelled in industrial real estate development on assignment for ImmoRosIndustry. He later gained technical assurance when entrusted with the creation and management of the Kazakh subsidiary of the Belgian architecture and engineering firm VK Group. As CEO of Freight Village, Philippe outlines the overall strategy as well as the internal and external policies. His vision is always “long term” and he pays particular attention to workable and sustainable concepts guaranteeing commercial success, while building a corporate reputation based on excellence.

He has worked in several countries including China, Poland, France and since 2010, when he became operational director of Rolf Import, he has been living in Moscow. In 2014 he became the executive director of PDC Logistics and has grown the company world-wide and is now introducing HWC International as the official brand of the company.

She joined the GEFCO Russia team as the business development manager in the TLI department and specialised in logistics process organization for manufacturing industry. Today Nataliya is head of sales and responsible for new logistics projects with clients from industrial and automotive sectors.
