Luis has 22 years’ experience in supply chain management and logistics, working in sectors such as retail, pharmaceutical and automotive. He joined FCA in 2015 as head of supply chain for the Latin America region and his current responsibilities include sales and operation planning, supply chain inbound and outbound, vehicle logistics management and supplier capacity management. His recent accomplishments include the launch of Jeep Plant in Pernambuco. Luis has a degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in production engineering from the University of São Paulo, as well as an MBA in business administration and management from IBMEC.

Neuton joined GM in March 2014 as the head of the Logistics team in Brazil. He has 20 years experience in supply chain management and logistics, working on developing and implementing Logistics Solutions for customers of several segments, particularly Automotive and Consumer Goods. Neuton holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management as well as a diploma in Civil Engineering from the University of Sao Paulo.

Marcelo joined Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in 2014 with the challenge of structuring the material planning and logistics for its first overseas plant. Marcelo holds an MBA in business administration from the University of São Paulo and a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Campinas.

Gustavo is a supply chain executive with 20 years of experience in South America and Europe. He has an extensive track record in the development of logistics projects and in the management of transport, inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, material planning and handling. He has also been involved in foreign trade, import and export, as well as special customs regimes. Gustavo was appointed to lead the Logistics Committee at Brazilian vehicle manufacturers’ association ANFAVEA from 2013 to 2016.
Edson has a degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Logistics and Finance from the University of São Paulo. He has 27 years experience within the automotive industry and his current responsibilities include production planning; supply chain and vehicle logistics management; and strategy development. His recent accomplishments include the launch of Ford's first private port.
Orlando is a true professional in the automotive field with more than 30 years of experience. Before joining multinational auto parts company Sodécia Group, he worked for companies such as Volkswagen Group and Chery Motors. Over the years, he has held various roles with a strong focus on logistics, overseeing the introduction of new vehicle models for manufacture inside and outside of Brazil and developing several strategic projects relating to inbound and outbound transport.

Since the beginning of 2011, Paulo has led the operations and growth of Penske’s business in South America. Previously, he was senior director of operations with responsibility for the P&L operations of distribution centres, transport and in-plant logistics for 24 operations across Brazil. He has led contract renegotiations, new customer deployment, cost restructuring and improved productivity efforts. He has also worked in sales, engineering and operations. Paulo first joined Penske in 2004. He holds a bachelor's degree in science and business administration from Fundaçã o Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).

Fabio has been working for VW-owned truckmaker MAN’s Latin America spare parts operation since 2004, and is responsible for such areas as inbound parts, inventory control, import/export, warehousing and transport. Among other qualifications, he holds an MBA in marketing, business management and logistics from INPG, and a postgraduate degree in logistics and business from ITBA (Argentina).

She joined WWL in December 2014 and in her current role is responsible for managing all of its commercial activities in the Latin America region, dealing with both customers and providers. Ana holds an MBA in marketing as well as a diploma in systems analysis.
