As we approach the 2016 Automotive Logistics South America Conference, please see the below details and extra information to help you prepare for the event.

Event Marketing
Your logo and sponsor profile will be printed as it appears on the sponsor pages of the website. Please do take a few moments to go to the sponsor page and check that you are happy with the logo and the profile. If not do let me know as soon possible.

If you are a premier or global sponsor you have a full page advert in the conference programme. Please click here for the advert specification. Please supply me with your artwork no later than 11 November

Exhibition Stand
I will email you the sponsor stand plan one week prior to the conference.
Information on your stand is as follows:

  • Your stand area is strictly 2m x 3m area only 
  • We will provide a table, 2 chairs and basic power
  • If you have any specific power requirements do let Sarah know as soon as possible
  • Timings for set up and break down of your stand will be confirmed shortly, by email

Hiring Audio Visual Equipment

If you need to hire audio visual equipment for your exhibition stand please email your requirements to for a full quote. The organisers will not be responsible for the additional cost of AV for sponsors.

Delegates wishing to stay at the hotel qualify for a special rate (subject to availability). To reserve your room, go to, select Tivoli São Paulo – Mofarrej from the drop-down list in the reservations box, and where indicated select code IATA and add ALSA16.T

Please confirm as soon as possible if you are going to be sending an insert and include what you will be sending  – boxes have a habit of getting lost in hotels and it is easier to find them if I know what I am looking for.

  • Each sponsor is entitled to ONE insert only
  • Inserts can be a brochure (no more than 4 pages) or a small gift
  • Please supply 150 inserts for the delegate bag
  • Please ensure that inserts arrive by Friday 2 December – if they do not reach the venue by this date, they will not be placed in the delegate bags.


Boxes and stand items can arrive at the hotel from Thursday 1 December – 9.00am but not earlier.
Attached is a label for you to use when sending your inserts and your exhibition stand items.

Shipping invoices/customs charges must not be under Ultima Media or Renaissance São Paulo Hotel’s name and all taxes must be pre paid before shipping. Ultima Media and the hotel are not responsible for any type of payment and will not accept shipping if there is a pending payment.

Boxes marked ‘INSERT’ will be opened and inserted in to the delegate bags – but only if they arrive by Sunday 1 November. If the box is not labeled ‘insert’ it won’t be opened.
