He has led contract renegotiations, new customer deployment, cost restructuring and improved productivity efforts. He has also worked in sales, engineering and operations. Paulo first joined Penske in 2004. He holds a bachelor's degree in science and business administration from Fundaçã o Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).

Pedro Francisco Moreira holds the position of general manager for CHEP Brazil, which is the global leader in equipment pooling and supply chain solutions. Pedro joined CHEP, a Brambles Company, in 1999, following a successful entrepreneurial career. It was here that he gained extensive experience in operations, logistics and supply chain and also helped to establish the pooling business and concept in Brazil. Pedro is also the president of ABRALOG (Brazilian Logistics Association) and deputy director of the Logistics Division of the Infraestructure Department of FIESP (Federation of Industries of São Paulo).

Contrail shareholders includes EDLP, BTG Infrastructure Fund and, most recently, Eurogate group from Germany.
