Michael Broaders joined Coca-Cola in 1999 and since then has served in numerous roles within its North America Supply Chain organization including VP Field Operations (Logistics), leading the Midwest region. Prior to Coca-Cola Refreshments, he worked for PepsiCo, spending eight years in various operational roles. His experience also includes time as a Co-op at General Motors in 1990 while working towards his bachelor’s degree. Michael holds a master’s degree in general management from Antioch University and a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University’s School of Technology. He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife April and daughter Kristina.

She has been with FCA since 1998 in a number of key roles, including Senior Manager Materials Handling Engineering, Global Head of Electrical Purchasing, and Director – Supply Chain Commercial Operations. In 2015, she was included in the Automotive News 100 Leading Women listing.

He is married, with two college-aged children, and enjoys skiing, fishing and golfing.

Eduardo was responsible for launching a new operations development department for NAPO and for its major industrial engineering warehouse projects, capital budget and project management, overseeing various projects in Mexico, Puerto Rico and New Jersey

His current role is unit manager for the inbound logistics function for Ohio, Indiana and Georgia and the shared logistics network that supports Honda’s North American auto production and procurement facilities.
