ScottMize_Nissan_TradingThere has been an executive shift around at Nissan Motor in the US, following Scott Mize’s move to become senior general manager at Nissan Trading Corporation USA.

Mize (pictured) was senior manager of purchasing, transportation and logistics at the carmaker, a role he held for almost two years, having moved there in May 2015 from his role as purchasing manager for finished vehicle logistics services in North America, both for the Nissan and Infinity brands.

Prior to working at Nissan, he was national manager of vehicle logistics at Glovis America and before that, he worked for Mazda North America for almost 24 years.

Meanwhile, Ben Shain has moved this month from his job as director of parts logistics at Nissan in the US to the outbound side of the business and taken a role as director of vehicle logistics.

In turn, his previous role has been taken over by Todd Myers, who will now be responsible for all parts logistics operations in support of Nissan’s manufacturing plants as well as parts import and export operations. Myers’ role also covers packaging engineering and logistics strategy and implementation.
