Your logo and sponsor profile will be printed as it appears on the sponsor pages of the website. Please do take a few moments to go to the sponsor page and check that you are happy with the logo and the profile. If not, do let me know.

Stand Space: Strictly 2m x 3m area only, each area will be marked on the floor to ensure this size is adhered to. Please note the maximum height for stands is 8ft.
Power: Please let me know as soon as possible any specific power requirements. We will supply electricity points, but it will be up to you to bring your own adapters.
Equipment Provided: A dressed table, 2 chairs, one plug socket, a waste bin
Set Up Date/Time: from 14.00 to 19.00 on Tuesday 20 September
Pack Up Date/Time: from 16.30 – 19.00 on Thursday 22 September
Collection of deliveries: After the conference, please ensure your stand is packed away by 7pm on Thursday 22 September. Sponsors are responsible for their own shipping labels/postage for all boxes to be shipped out after the event. Or discuss your needs with Freeman to manage outbound shipping.
INSERT – DELEGATE BAG
If you would like to order any additional AV equipment for your sponsor stand, please complete an AV Order form or contact our AV supplier Harry Plumb: email@example.com
Freeman will manage all material handling and accept shipments to their warehouse from 22 August. Please see the exhibitor manual for full details. All items will be brought to the hotel on Tuesday 20 September in the morning, ready for sponsor set up from 2pm.
Special rates are available until 6 September so please make arrangements before then. You do not need to supply a booth #, company name is sufficient.
Please remember to mark your boxes are either STAND or INSERT. All Insert deliveries will opened on Monday 19 September and packed into the delegate bags. If the boxes are not marked Insert they will not be included. Labels are provided on page 14 of the Exhibitor manual.

Our allocation of discounted rooms at the Detroit Marriott will expire on 31 August 2016, so please check your staff and guests have made their bookings before this date. Rooms may sell out before this date so ensure to book as soon as possible.
