Luis Santamaria

Luis has 22 years’ experience in supply chain management and logistics, working in sectors such as retail, pharmaceutical and automotive. He joined FCA in 2015 as head of supply chain for the Latin America region and his current responsibilities include sales and operation planning, supply chain inbound and outbound, vehicle logistics management and supplier capacity management. His recent accomplishments include the launch of Jeep Plant in Pernambuco. Luis has a degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in production engineering from the University of São Paulo, as well as an MBA in business administration and management from IBMEC.

Neuton Karassawa

Neuton joined GM in March 2014 as the head of the Logistics team in Brazil. He has 20 years experience in supply chain management and logistics, working on developing and implementing Logistics Solutions for customers of several segments, particularly Automotive and Consumer Goods. Neuton holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management as well as a diploma in Civil Engineering from the University of Sao Paulo.

Marcelo Navarro

Marcelo joined Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in 2014 with the challenge of structuring the material planning and logistics for its first overseas plant. Before joining JLR, he held leadership positions in logistics and manufacturing in companies like Pepsico, Case New Holland, ZF and Delphi. Marcelo holds an MBA in business administration from the University of São Paulo and a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Campinas.

Marcio developed his career in technology companies such as Microsoft, Nokia, Sony and Unisys. He has 18 years of management experience in the end-to-end supply chain, including demand and supply planning (S&OP); customer service/order management; materials management (purchasing and availability); logistics (inbound, outbound, warehousing, distribution center, pick & pack and reverse logistics); trade compliance (import and export); and manufacturing and engineering. He has been involved in a range of sectors including mobile phones, game consoles, televisions, audio systems, PC hardware and bank automation, and most recently electronic parts for the automotive sector (light and commercial vehicles).

Marcelo Antoniazzi
Partner – EY Advisory Services, Supply Chain & Operations

Marcelo has extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly in procurement, material planning, warehousing and logistics, as well as in operations and product development. He has been in consulting for 23 years, previously working for the likes of Accenture and Webb. Prior to joining EY’s supply chain team in 2016, he worked for logistics service provider MRO as Project & Business Development Director. Marcelo has been involved with several industries, including the beverage, iron and steel, mining, utilities, oil and gas, consumer goods, retail, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.

Helton Arsenio

Based in Brazil, Helton has 10 years’ experience in market intelligence in the automotive sector. He joined Autofacts in 2013, where he helps support the South American forecasts. A graduate in social sciences with a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Manchester, UK, Helton previously specialised in business intelligence and market research around consumer behaviour for several automotive brands.

Paulo Sarti

Since the beginning of 2011, Paulo has led the operations and growth of Penske’s business in South America. Previously, he was senior director of operations with responsibility for the P&L operations of distribution centres, transport and in-plant logistics for 24 operations across Brazil. He has led contract renegotiations, new customer deployment, cost restructuring and improved productivity efforts. He has also worked in sales, engineering and operations. Paulo first joined Penske in 2004. He holds a bachelor's degree in science and business administration from Fundaçã o Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).

Alex Feijolo

Alex has been working in logistics for 20 years and has experience in project management, transport, warehousing, in-house logistics and supply chain management. He holds a degree in engineering from UFMG and an MBA from IBMEC.
