While most electrified and alternative propulsion vehicles can flow through existing networks and dealer sales channels, the outbound and distribution sector must adapt processes, skills and equipment to accommodate the complexities of moving these vehicles to market, whether in weight and dimensions, battery handling or educating customers. Likewise, governments may need to adapt regulations to support these changes, whether in infrastructure or in weights and dimensions of trucking equipment.
