Buelent Ileri, head of global sales and operations planning (S&OP), supply chain and logistics at AGCO

Ileri has been at AGCO for almost 15 years, joining as director of transportation for the European, Africa and Middle East region in 2010, and moving on to a number of director roles overseeing supply chain and logistics in the Europe and the Middle East. Prior to his new appointment late in 2024, he was vice president of global supply chain and logistics. With the addition of S&OP, Ileri will be responsible for coordinating supply chain demands with operations and strategic business planning to optimise costs and deliveries.

Prior to AGCO, Ileri had experience as head of corporate transportation logistics at German equipment maker Claas.

Ileri has a successful track record of optimising logistics and supply chain planning at AGCO. He worked closely with logistics and software specialist 4Flow, for example, to implement a globally integrated transport management system and processes. Collaboration between the two companies on digitalising AGCO’s supply chain was recognised by the BVL, the German logistics association, as a winner of its annual supply chain prize.
