Alfonso Gutiérrez is responsible for a full range of operations and strategic planning across the inbound and outbound supply chain for Volkswagen’s vehicle and powertrain production in Mexico. He oversees planning for supplier network integration, as well as achieving logistics cost optimisation for both inbound and outbound logistics, working with purchasing departments to tender and contract logistics services to and from global locations. He has more than 15 years’ experience in logistics.
