UK logistics and supply chain company, Bibby Distribution has appointed Oliever Hecht as its new managing director.
Hecht brings more than 20 years of experience in pan-European logistics and supply chain consultancy to his position, having most recently worked as managing partner of Berlin-based U-Net supply chain consultancy, and previously having held positions as managing director of Metro Group Logistics Turkey and Greece.
In his new position, Hecht will develop Bibby Distribution’s presence in its core sectors, which include automotive, retail, high-cube and food.
