During her time with Adient, said IAC, Bysouth was credited with establishing the US company’s first centralised supply chain function which delivered year-on-year cost savings for the seating and automotive fabric specialist.
"I am excited to join IAC and look forward to working with the team, as well as the supply base, to implement long-term procurement strategies that will drive efficiencies and improvements from product development all the way through to delivery to our global customers," said Bysouth.
IAC supplies components and systems to OEMs around the world, including instrument panels, console systems, door panels and headliners.
