Philip Griffiths has taken over as business development director in the Contract Logistics division in Iberia at Ceva Logistics. He takes over from Izaskun Barquin who has moved to become director, Global Business Development for the consumer, retail and healthcare sectors.
Griffiths joins Ceva from logistics provider Kuehne + Nagel where he was lead logistics solutions manager in Spain over a six year tenure. He has spent more than 20 years in the logistics industry in Spain.
At Ceva he will be in charge of the contract logistics business development team with responsibility for driving growth through both new and existing customers, including those in the automotive sector, which is one of Ceva’s main sectors in the Iberian region.
Acccording to Ceva, Griffiths will divide his time between Madrid and Barcelona and report directly to the company’s managing director, Iberia, Marco Galbusera.
