Guillermo’s responsibilities at AMDA include coordination of lobbying activities, sectoral studies and public communications. In his role there, Guillermo has collaborated with the Mexican government, the authorities in Veracruz, the development bank Banrural and private sector companies. Initially a fisheries engineer, Guillermo holds a master’s degree in finance from the Universidad Veracruzana.
