Guillaume Sauzedde (pictured) has taken over from Piotr Zborowski as MD of Ceva Logistics’ business in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). He moves from his role as MD for Kuehne + Nagel’s division in Poland, and will take up the new position on November 5.
Sauzedde brings more than 20 years’ experience in the logistics industry. Half of that time has been spent at Kuehne + Nagel across a range of senior positions overseeing air and ocean freight, ground and contract logistics. Prior to that, he worked for Groupe Cat as business unit director in Eastern Europe.
“Guillaume brings a full range of logistics skills to his new role and his strong knowledge of Eastern European markets will be a key driver for the future development of this cluster,” said Xavier Urbain, Ceva’s CEO. “We warmly welcome him to our team. At the same time, I would like to thank Piotr for his work during his time at Ceva Logistics. He hands over a solid organisation ready for future growth and we wish him well in his future endeavours.”
Zborowski is leaving Ceva for other career opportunities, said the company in a statement. He was made senior vice-president of Eastern Europe in 2011 after joining the company in 2008, looking after freight management in Poland.
