Supply chain software provider, Inform, is turning the talents of two of its most recent recruits on services for the industry in North and South America.
Michael Schwemmle (pictured top) joined Inform last year as director of business development in the Manufacturing Logistics division looking at Europe. Since May he has also been focusing his attention on markets in the Americas as Inform looks to expand the global scope of its service expertise.
Schwemmle was joined earlier this year in the Manufacturing Logistics division by Daniel Gosson, who is working with Inform as a consultant specialising in inbound and finished vehicle logistics for North America.
Both Schwemmle and Gosson previously worked at flexis. Schwemmle was with the firm for around 11 years prior to joining Inform, most recently as senior vice-president of business development. Gosson was business development manager at flexis North America for two and half years, having moved there from Apple.
According to Inform, Gosson will look after account creation, project consulting, and marketing tasks within the US and Canada. Schwemmle is looking at technology and practices that will shape the logistics business for the future.
