Andrey Olijnyk has been appointed as supply chain management (SCM) director for Nissan Latin America, replacing Anderson Ramos.
The mechanical engineer has worked for Nissan Brazil since 2006, most recently as outbound logistics supervisor. He has also worked outside of the sector, including at Brazilian aerospace conglomerate, Embraer, where he was a product development engineer.
Olijnyk will be responsible for the development of Nissan’s strategies and business expansion over the 38 countries that compose the Nissan LATAM (Latin America) region.
Previous incumbent Ramos, who has over 17 years’ experience in the industry, has moved to the position of SCM planning general manager for Nissan Europe (NESAS), based in France.
