The shortlist of finalists for the inaugural Automotive Logistics Awards – Europe has been revealed, with 73 entries competing in 14 different categories. The shortlist forms a cross-section of the industry’s leading carmakers, suppliers and logistics providers (see the full list of finalists here).
The finalists were chosen from a large number of high quality entries that were rigorously evaluated by a 22-strong independent judging panel. The panel includes some of the best-known figures in the industry from carmakers, tier suppliers, consultancies and academic organisations (see the full list of judges here).
“We have had a fantastic response to our inaugural Automotive Logistics Awards, with many high-quality entries being submitted from across the sector,” said Louis Yiakoumi, publisher, Automotive Logistics group. “The number and calibre of these submissions serve to underline the high levels of innovation, creativity, diversity and professionalism that are evident right across Europe’s automotive logistics sector.
“We would like to thank our judges and sponsors for the vital role they have played in helping to make these awards such a success,” he added.
The Automotive Logistics Awards – Europe were launched to acknowledge achievement across the automotive supply chain industry in Europe and reward innovation in a sector being transformed by the impact of digitalisation, alternative propulsion, growing connectivity and new vehicle technology.
The winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony to be held at the Kameha Grand Hotel in Bonn, Germany, on June 12 2018 – the night before this year’s Automotive Logistics Europe conference. The awards will take place after a drinks reception and will be followed by a three-course dinner. Book your individual place or a table for the awards here.
